RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY (This does NOT
include Sale items)
Jane Anne Designs is happy to exchange or refund on any item other than ladies millinery you are not satisfied with. Any unsatisfactory item must be returned, within fourteen days from receipt in an unworn/unused condition and at the customers own expense. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. If the item is not returned within the fourteen days then we cannot issue a refun., but will issue a credit note to the value of the purchase only (this does NOT include the postage) If you find you have ordered in error (i.e Colour or size) and require a replacement, please include postage costs for your area to cover the return postage. If it is an error on our part, we will cover all postage. UK £3.50 We do not accept returns from outside the UK. SALE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE |
